Check if you are using plan versions.
If you are using plan versions, you should also enter descriptive texts
in language &V1&. In order to enter texts in this language, you have to
be logged on in language &V1&. These texts are needed when you are
assigning appropriation request variants to plan versions (in the
master data transaction for appropriation requests). The texts enable
you to identify the plan versions during this process.
