You are using schema &v2& with dynamic period control. The category of
period &v1& to be created is included in the current billing. This
means that an actual meter reading result was entered and you must
correct the period since the last actual meter reading and then bill
it. In Customizing of dynamic period control, you must enter at least
one period to be created for categories 3000 and 4000 that bills a
backbilling period.
