¿Qué causa este problema?

You have specified a date in operand &v3& that is not within the
permissible maintenance period &v1& - &v2&.
The permissible maintenance period results from the view you have chosen
for maintaining facts. For example, if you have chosen a view that
displays only the facts for the contract that is currently valid, then
the permissible maintenance period is also restricted to this validity
period.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you wish to maintain operand values outside the period &v1& - &v2&,
choose a fact maintenance view with a period that contains the date you
need (for example, all facts).
