¿Qué causa este problema?

The register requires a gas procedure whose volume correction factor
component is calculated using a special procedure that uses the
register relationship <LS>calculation of volume correction factor</>.
The specified register indicates zero consumption for the specified
interval, while the corresponding standard volume meter does not
indicate zero consumption. In this case, no logical volume correction
value can be calculated.

Proceed as follows:
Check the meter reading results for the interval in question.
Enter any missing meter reading results or validate results that exist,
but are not billable.
Billable meter reading results should usually at least be available for
the above data.
Enter the resulting register differences of the corresponding standard
volume meter and the operating volume meter in the following formula:
RNum = Standard volume / Operating volume
Therefore, a sensible RNum will only result if both volumes are not
equal to zero or if both are equal to zero. Please also check the meter
reading results of the corresponding standard volume meter.
If the meter reading results are correct, an internal error could also
be involved. In this case, please contact SAP.
