Schema &v1& contains <DS:DE.DELOPERAND>deletion operand</> &v3& in step
&v2&. This deletion operand must be used as the input operand of a
deletion variant in exactly one other schema step. This is not the
case: &v4& were found.
Possible causes:
The rate determination is not consistent - that is, no rate with a
deletion variant was found for the current contract.
Schema &v1& is not consistent.
