¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If gas procedure " " appears in the message, than <ZH>no</> gas
procedure was reported. Make sure a gas procedure has been maintained
at register level. A <ZH>valid</> gas procedure must be entered at
register level. For more information, please refer to the following
<DS:DE.THGVER>note</>, which also illustrates how to check all the
gas-relevant data for the affected device/register.
Please note the following:
Gas billing procedures are generally processed in the <DS:TRAN.EA74>Gas
Procedure</> transaction.
Settings for gas customizing are configured in the Implementation Guide
<DS:CHAP._ISUBISFGA_000001>(IMG)</>.
