¿Qué causa este problema?

The <DS:GLOS.volume_correction_factor>volume correction factor</>
should not be zero.
If the volume correction factor is zero, this could prevent billing
from being executed.

¿Cómo puede suceder esto?

In a <DS:DE.THGVER>gas procedure</> for which the
<DS:DE.E_ZUZVER>volume correction factor procedure</> is <ZH>Fixed VCF
</> (fixed volume correction factor), the conversion factor for gas
billing can be zero. In this case, billing is not executed.
