¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to maintain rebate agreement &V1&. The agreement was not
created in this system, however, but originates in another system
(logical system: &V2&). The rebate has been flagged there as deleted
(deletion indicator: &V3&). It was also flagged as only externally
payable.

Respuesta del sistema

To prevent data inconsistencies, you are not allowed to make changes to
the agreement &V1& or the corresponding condition records in this
system. You are also not allowed to make settlements or post manual
accruals.
You can only display or (if it has the appropriate status) finalize the
agreement.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you want to make changes to the agreement or its condition records,
you need to do so in the system in which the agreement was created
(logical system: &V2&). If the agreement has already been released for
settlement (see rebate status), no changes can be made.
If you want to make payments, you also need to do this in the system in
which the agreement was created.
