The system found that an empty ledger group is configured with the key
&V2&<(>,<)> which means the accrual amounts are to be posted to all
ledgers. In this case, you can configure only the leading ledger with
the key. However, ledger &V1& is also configured with the key.

Set entry with ledger &V1& and key &V2& as inactive.
