¿Qué causa este problema?

The derivation rule &V3& is defined in the application &V2&. The
generated table &V1& belongs to this derivation rule. This table is not
active in the system.

The application was probably set up in a different system and was then
transported incomplete into this system. A possible cause for this
might have been a client transport without dependent objects.
Use the manual transport option in transaction &V4& transport the
missing tables from the source system.
