You chose a function that can only be carried out if additional
information is supplied.
In general, you supply this information by selecting a line.
You select a line as follows:
If there is a button, click on the button.
If there is no button, activate the line by positioning the cursor on
the line and clicking once with the mouse.
Carry out the function once you have made a selection.
