¿Qué causa este problema?

When importing file &V1&, the system determined that there should be
exactly &V3& data records after the control record with identification
&V2&. These data records should have a given structure (usually this
data structure corresponds exactly to the DDIC structure named &V2&).
However, the system found fewer data records than expected.
