The tabstrip <LS>Progress</> cannot be selected.

Procede as follows:
Use an entry aid.
Create the transaction in its entirety. Go through all tabstrips.
Leave the detail view of the transaction.
You can now maintain the progress parameters.
&NOTE&
Note that for standard network plans, you must have gone through the
detail screen of the transaction at least once before you can click on
the tabstrip <LS>Progress</>.
