¿Qué causa este problema?

The new currency &3 is already entered in the data record. A
conversion is therefore not necessary in field &4.
Take note of the following example for illustratory purposes:
"Table PA0008 already contains the EURO currency in field WAERS of the
data record 000657210 9999123119971201000."
The data record is composed as follows:
