The due date you selected for the items does not lie within the smallest
and greatest date.
For instance, you may have selected:
From 01/01 to 12/31 with the selection option "Exclude from selection".
This selects all items due before 01/01 or after 12/31.

Select "Inclusive", for instance:
from 01/01 to 12/31.
This selects all items that are due from 01/01 to 12/31.
