You have added an entry in the renewal rules table, but have left the
"Number" field blank.

This number is user-defined and uniquely identifies the entry. Since a
rule can be used more than once (with different parameters), this
number is needed to be able to find the rule from which a date in the
table of generated dates originates.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Assign a number that has not yet been used (in the initial resubmission
screen, the rules are displayed in the order of these ID numbers).
