You want to make a rental adjustment due to a constructive measure. You
have two options for specifying how the total costs can be apportioned
to the participating rental units:
Indirectly by entering an apportionment unit (e.g. living area)
Directly by entering costs to the rental units
In this case you have not entered an apportionment unit or maintained
an actual cost distribution in the master data of the constructive
measure.
