¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to adjust the rent for the rental unit &v2& &v3& based on the
comparative group &v1&. This group, however, contains the rental unit
in question as a comparison object. Only other apartments can be used
as comparison objects.

The rental unit &v2& &v3& will not be included when the comparative
group rent is calculated. For this reason, the number of comparative
apartments that can be used is one less. This may mean that the total
number of comparative apartments available falls below the minimum
value set in Customizing.

This message is provided for information purposes only. You may have to
add an apartment to the comparative group to be able to adjust the
rental unit &v2& &v3&.
