You want to include the appreciation surcharge in the condition type to
be adjusted (usually the basic rent) as part of a rent adjustment.
The system uses the flow category "3WTV" to determine the "appreciation
surcharge" condition type.

None or more than one of the condition types of the flow category
"3WTV" has been assigned in Customizing.
For this reason, the condition type cannot be determined uniquely.
