¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to carry out a rent adjustment for a rental agreement that is
still valid on the adjustment date but on which notice has already been
served (at a later date).

An adjustment record was created for the rental agreement. This message
is generated in case you do not want to carry out the rent adjustment
or it even may be forbidden on account of country-specific rules.

If you do not want to carry out the rent adjustment, or if it is
forbidden to do so, the adjustment record must be subsequently
reversed.
