¿Qué causa este problema?

An active rental agreement can only be assigned to a collective rental
agreement if the latter has the same master tenant. No collective
rental agreement exists for the main tenant of this rental agreement.

The RA cannot be assigned to a collective rental agreement.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Deactivate the rental agreement and then assign it to a collective
rental agreement.
