A dialog box appears with the message "Lock reason: Doc. ABC locked by
XX (bus. op. YY) - lock owner: SMITH"

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

This message means the following:
Document ABC is locked by application XX. If this is a business
operation, this is followed by the corresponding number YY. User SMITH
created the lock.
You cannot process the open items while the lock reason still exists,
in other words, the item is not processed further by the locked
application.
Contact the lock owner and clarify how the item should be processed.
