The system determines and updates processing characteristics for every
loan with contract status. There must always be processing
characteristics for a contract.

If the loan has contract status, contact your system administrator.

Procedimiento para Administradoras de Sistemas

Set the processing characteristics for the loan to initial value using
the report <DS:TRAN.FNSTA>Display and Maintenance of Processing
Characteristics</> when processing <DS:DE.TB_LC_MODE_NO_CHARAC>Update
Loans Without Characteristics</>. After the initialization this case
should no longer arise for this loan.
