You have entered a date that is not within the defined participation ID
period from &v1& to &v2&.

The system will accept your entry if you press ENTER. However, only the
rental units between &v1& abd &v2& will be considered for the
settlement. If you want the rental unit to be valid for the entire ID
period, leave the date empty.
