or at least one of the relative methods:
Mortgage loan rate
Standard of living index
Maintenance and operating costs index
or at least one of the two methods relating to modernization measures:
Include modernizations
Write back rent reserve from modernization
These last two methods can be combined with each other and with any
other methods.
