¿Qué causa este problema?

Either the apportionment unit of settlement unit &v2&, valid on the key
calculation date, is settled based on consumption values or it has to
take account of at least two apportionment units. The system is
therefore attempting to determinate an option rate using the
alternative apportionment factor. Since no data has been entered for
the apportionment unit, the system cannot calculate the option rate
using an apportionment unit.

Verify the master data for the settlement unit. Assign an alternative
apportionment unit to the settlement unit for determining the option
rate.
