¿Qué causa este problema?

The billing line item you have entered does not exist. This is possible
in test clients if you have reset FI for testing purposes, causing
documents to be deleted. However, the additional receipt information
for the Real Estate component was not reset and the original document
used for posting the input tax distribution can no longer be found.
