Swiss rental adjustment requires an interest series for the mortgage
loan rate. In Customizing series &v1& is stored for location &v2&
(location of the current business entity). However, there is no
interest rate for this interest series on the &v3&.

Swiss rental adjustment based on the mortgage loan rate can only be
executed for this rental unit if an interest rate is available for the
date &v3&.
