The system cannot transfer the definition of the area.
Note that cost element areas must be either completely independent or
completely embedded in another area. An area overlap is not permitted.
Important for interpreting the importance of an embedded area:
The definition of the smaller, embedded area has priority over the
definition of the larger, higher-level area.
