You have two alternatives:
Select another settlement type.
Contact your system administrator if you need service charge key '&V1&'
with settlement type 'Final settlement'.
Procedure for the system administrator
Assign the service charge key a reference flow type that is valid for
the final settlement in Customizing.

type 'Advance payment', for which you must set the advance payment
amount in the rental conditions to 0.00.
