¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to determine the option rate on the basis of the settlement
factor. However the settlement factor for the service charge settlement
specifies distribution according to consumption, or at least two
apportionment units are valid and the share of each has to be taken
into account.
In both cases, you have to specify a different settlement factor to
determine the option rate.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Either enter a settlement factor for option rate determination or
change the calculation base.
