In Customizing the assignment between assets and Real Estate objects is
set at 1:1.
The asset you have chosen is already assigned to property '&V1&' and
therefore cannot be assigned to another Real Estate object.

The assignment of this asset is not accepted.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Assign an asset that has not yet been assigned to a Real Estate object.
If you have to assign more than one Real Estate object to an asset,
contact your system administrator.
Procedure for the system administrator
Check and correct the settings for asset assignment in Customizing as
required.
