Rental unit assignments have already been made for this settlement
unit. The business entities involved are based on tenancy law &v4&.
However the new business entity has a different tenancy law. Since the
settlement takes place on the basis of a tenancy law, the tenancy laws
of all participating business entities must be the same. The
influential tenancy law is considered to be that of the business entity
already assigned.
