¿Qué causa este problema?

The component &v1& cannot be deleted. This situation occurs when the
component to be deleted is a follow-up item or a dependent item that is
to be discontinued and this item is to be deleted independent of the
main item in group of parts to be discontinued. This function is not
supported.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Only the complete discontinuation group, that is, the discontinued part
including dependent items to be discontinued and follow-up items can be
deleted.
