The definitions for the settlement participation are not accepted.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Correct the definitions for the settlement participation so that they
correspond to the rental conditions.
If there are no explicit conditions for the service charge key, only
the following settlement participations may vary from the general
conditions:

El sistema emite un mensaje de error y no le permitirá continuar con esta transacción hasta que se resuelva el error.

No participation, i.e. the landlord bears the costs
Final settlement, i.e. Only once the settlement is issued, will the
tenant be invoiced his part of the costs.
