¿Qué causa este problema?

A rental agreement can only be created for the period which is not
overlapped by another contract. However, a rental agreement, not under
notice, exists here with a rental start before that of the contract to
be created.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

You can only enter contracts with a rental end before the rental start
of the agreement not under notice for this rental unit.
If this message appears as a warning, the date by which the tenant must
have expressed his/her intention to extend the contract has already
passed. If this is the case, you confirm the message by pressing
'Return'.
