An area is assigned to every rental unit which is defined via the usage
type and area unit. In this case, the data necessary for determining
the area could not be found.

functions which require the value of the area.

You have to maintain the tables which are relevant to the area. Error
number 1: VIOB02;
Error number 2: TIV01;
Error number 3: VIOB40/VIOB41;
Error number 5: VIMI01.
