Since the fixtures and fittings features refer to the previous
representative list of rents &, they are of no use to the
representative list of rents &. The features are thus deleted when you
press ENTER.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you really want to make a change to the representative list of
rents, you should confirm this by pressing ENTER and then enter new
fixtures and fittings features by selecting them in the "List of
fixtures and fittings features". If you did not purposely want to
changethe representative list of rents, you should re-enter the
previous one and the fixtures and fittings features are retained.
