¿Qué causa este problema?

Payment terms (term header) and payment items (term items) are assigned
to every rental agreement. These contain a date specifying when the
terms are valid from. The validity date is however after the lease
end which means that no payment can be made during the maturity of the
rental agreement.

The date is not permitted.

Select a validity date which is between lease start and finish.
