Functions for classifying processing blocks for:
Payroll accounting
GRBEG ... GREND,
NTBEG ... NTEND,
XCAEV ...,
EOS ...
Time management
BINI ... EINI,
BDAY ... EDAY,
BEND ... EEND.
These functions subdivide the schema into different blocks which are
processed separately. All functions for processing blocks must be
contained in one schema, and this schema must be the main schema.
