¿Qué causa este problema?

You have used a field name for the decision operation which is not
marked as valid for the feature, or you have set an indicator for the
decision operation and have forgotten to specify the operation.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

- Case 1:
Have you made a typing error? Use the menu of transaction PE03 to
display the field names. Check if the field you have used for the
decision operation is available in the structure and if the field is
marked. If the field is marked, contact the SAP HR technical service
department. If it is not marked or not available in the structure,
proceed as follows:
+ Think about whether you really need the field.
+ If you really need the field and it is not in the structure, you must
use a different structure or change the existing structure. Then mark
the field and change the application program: make sure to specify
values for the new field before calling the feature!
- Case 2:
Enter a decision operation after the indicator 'D'.
