¿Qué causa este problema?

A distinction is no longer made between objects on the basis of their
plan versions when they are transported.
In the target system, data is always transported to the currently
active plan version.
Consequently, if data is transported from an inactive plan version in
the source system, data inconsistencies can result in the target
system.
