¿Qué causa este problema?

The system is trying to create or delete relationships to the specified
object. The object, however, is currently locked (because it is being
processed by a different transaction, for example).

This lock prevents the system from ensuring that the relationships are
consistent. For this reason, the relationships are not created or
deleted in this step.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Make sure that the specified object is not locked before you repeat
this step. If you want to display the lock entries, choose Tools ->
Administration -> Monitor -> Lock entries.
