The employee may not be assigned to the position <ZH>and</> the
organizational unit. Direct assignment to an organizational unit is
used only as a substitute for assignment to a position.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

You may assign the person to further positions. To exit position
assignment, choose <LS>Cancel</>.
