¿Qué causa este problema?

You cannot select employees according to the work schedule rule.
Employees can be selected according to the
administrator group and time data administrator or
personnel number.
When selecting employees by administrator group and time data
administrator, you can use the work schedule rule as an additional
selection criterion.
