• Message number: 178

• Message text: No son posibles al mismo tiempo "Índice" y "Ficheros de capítulos"

¿Qué causa este problema?

Select one option only, either <LS>Store chapter as files</> or
<LS>Create table of contents</>.
You cannot select both options at the same time since a table of
contents for all files cannot be created.
