¿Qué causa este problema?

The runs selected are deleted by the update. This can cause a delay in
deleting the data used for setting "deleted" status.
This means that, particularly in the case of deleting live posting
runs, the employee can, under circumstances, still be selected for a
while, even if the run's status is already "deleted".

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Wait until the update records have been processed before creating new
live runs.
