¿Qué causa este problema?

The wage type model for infotype 'Compensation Adjustment' (0380) has
changed. The wage type model is made up of the date and the
compensation adjustment type. (Field 'Calculation Results' in the
customizing activity 'Define adjustments': View V_T71CB)

Respuesta del sistema

The system displays the new wage type model and delete the entries in
the fields 'Percent', 'Amount' and 'Number'.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If you do not want to change the previous infotype record, choose
'Cancel' and exit the processing without saving. Check the customizing
activities 'Define wage type modesl for adjustments' and 'Define
adjustments' in the Compensation Management implementation guide.
