You want to use the Graphical Layout Editor.
However, your SAPGUI release is older than the SAP system release
version.

You cannot use the Graphical Layout Editor if your SAPGUI release is
not the same as your current SAP System release or a more recent SAPGUI
version.
The system rejects the Graphical Layout Editor call and branches to
the Alphanumeric Layout Editor.
