¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to carry out an operation in which the position or size of a
box is changed.
This could be, for example, moving a box or changing the position of
itsbottom right-hand corner (which would change its width and height).
Additionally, if a text in a box is lengthened beyond the existing box
width, this is treated as an implicit attempt to widen the box itself.

Respuesta del sistema

The system tries to place the box in its new position at its new size,
checking whether its edges cut across or overlap with any other screen
elements. If they do, the operation will not be carried out.
